Step Up For Life
A fun 5K fundraiser for the Women's Centers of Greater Chicagaoland that can be walked/biked/run, followed by a competitive wiffleball tournament!

About the Event
It's more than just a walk!
Meet new friends, walk the beautiful trail, enjoy a picnic, and play some competitive Wiffle Ball! And.. it's FREE!
Before the Event:
Register by clicking HERE to set up your own fundraising page! Fundraise on behalf of babies and their mommies by enlisting your family, friends, co-workers, classmates and fellow pro-lifers to sponsor you.
Raise over $50 and receive an event T-shirt!
Ask family and friends to be on your 5K team! Each individual team member should register separately and create their own page and then join your team when registering.
Share your fundraising page with your greatest fans - your friends and family - by email, Facebook, or Twitter. An example of a fundraising page can be found here.If you need help please contact eselecter@gotwc.org.
Remember, final orders for shirts will be made on September 8th so don’t delay in raising enough funds to get yours!
Event Schedule: 9:30 am Check-in @ Caldwell Woods
10:30 am Hit the 5k trail - Moms and babies will lead the walk. Don’t forget to decorate your strollers. Walk, run or bike at your own pace!
11:30 am Picnic & Wiffleball Tournament Begins
Wiffleball Team Registration:
A team is a group of 5+ who will compete in the Wiffleball Tournament. Everyone is encouraged to take part in this competition! Does your group have more than 5 players? Have two teams!
Waivers: Each participant must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability Form that will be provided at the Walk. All minors must have a signature from a parent or guardian.
Can't attend in person? Walk with us virtually! Make a difference from a distance!
Register and create your fundraising page. Collect pledges from sponsors (friends and family).
Send pictures of your decorated stroller and enter to win the at home prize for best decorated stroller!
If you raise $50 or more we will mail you the event T-shirt (or you can come pick it up at our Cicero office location).
Post pictures on our Facebook event page and on social media using the hashtag #gotwcwalk. Make sure to raise enough to get your event T-shirt in time for the Walk!
